Easiest Ever Easter Snack Mix

Need a quick, simple, and cute recipe to serve up for Easter this year?  Try this Easiest Ever Easter Snack Mix!  It couldn’t be any easier to put together, and it is sure to please with white chocolate carrot cake M&Ms (yes, they are as good as they sound), and some seriously adorable bunnies!  This is a great mix of sweet and salty for play dates with kids, Easter Egg Hunts, and church and family gatherings!  My favorite way to enjoy this Easter Snack Mix is to take one of each piece and eat them all at once.  It tastes just like carrot cake…only without all the work!  Yummy!

Easiest Ever Easter Snack Mix

1.  Pour all the ingredients into a bowl.  I never measure, but just add ingredients a little at a time until I get what looks to me to be a good mix.  For reference, I used about 3/4 of the bag of M&Ms, 1/2 box each of the two bunny snacks, and about 4 ounces of raisins in the pictured mix.

2.  Gently mix all the ingredients together.

Wow, that was hard, right???  Now you have the Easiest Easter Snack Mix Ever!  Sweet.  Slightly salty.  Tastes like carrot cake.  Pretty colors.  Adorable bunnies.  What’s not to love??  It’s sure to be a hit at any Easter gathering, with kids AND adults!

To serve, simply put out your Easter Snack Mix in a big bowl and provide small cups for the kids or adults to scoop out their portions…or seconds…or thirds…  Who’s counting??

While the Easiest Ever Easter Snack Mix is so perfect for Easter, it’ll really work for any time of year.  Just call it the Easiest Ever Carrot Cake Snack Mix.

And if you can’t find bunny crackers, you can substitute goldfish crackers or some other kind, but there’s just something about the bunnies and the carrot cake flavor that makes me smile. 🙂

I am a huge carrot cake fan, and I really like the new white chocolate carrot cake M&Ms.  Both of my kids do, too.  To the point I almost had to hide them from us all so that I’d have some left to photograph!  They are pretty sweet, so I typically eat just a handful one or two as a little treat for myself, or enjoy them in the snack mix to balance out the sweetness.  My hubby is not a huge fan of these M&Ms by themselves (he prefers to stick to the classics like plain and peanut), but I can’t wait to see his reaction to my Easter snack mix.  I think even he’s going to like it!!
